David Carmel, attorney at law, has over 40 years’ experience in real estate.
David provides quality representation at every level and is an established practitioner in real estate law representing individuals, developers and corporations.
He specializes in large transactions, real estate zoning, land use, retail, high rise and office development, garden apartments and Townhouses, all residential commercial closings, residential and commercial leases, drafting Public Offering Statements and co-op and condo conversions.
David has converted residential rental buildings to cooperatives for numerous developers in Fort Lee and Hackensack, and has been part of the Sponsor-Owner in the conversion of LedgeWood Terrace in Little Ferry, Roxbury Apartments in Westwood, Parsons Village in Morristown, Inwood at Great Notch in Little Falls, Riverview Towers in Red Bank, Arbor Hills in Nutley, as well as The Briarcliff in Cliffside Park, and Mediterranean Towers West, North and South in Fort Lee, and Crown Village and Grand Cove and Waters Ebb in Edgewater.
